Key areas of Semester Coordination

Semester Coordination is the liaison between module coordinators, teaching coordinators, teaching modules offices, and students, and engages closely with the faculty’s central departments and coordinators of other undergraduate degree programs. In many cases, it is the first point of contact for teachers and students, with assistance being provided by students acting as module coordinators. It oversees the module and learning outcome review meetings and the implementation of defined modifications, while also supporting the teaching committees. It also helps develop the curriculum further by formulating and refining learning outcomes in accordance with an individualized and progressive learning approach and defined standards. In this context, viewing the curriculum as a whole is just as important as taking into account structural changes and incorporating new findings, insights, and methods. Various projects and focal topics are also embedded in Semester Coordination.
