Our QM system has a process approach that is based on the iterative, four-step PDCA control cycle. Successful implementation of the system relies on the Faculty's commitment to continuous improvement, and requires all processes to be working properly and remain transparent
Please refer to our process map for an overview of all relevant teaching-related processes, which are divided into control-related, performance-related, and supporting processes. The category of 'control-related processes' includes processes involved in quality planning, quality assurance, and quality improvement. The categories 'performance-related' and 'supporting processes' include processes involved in quality management, i.e. the overall organization and implementation of teaching activities in terms of content and administration.
