Annual Symposium of the German Alliance for Global Health Research

The German Alliance for Global Health Research (GLOHRA) will be hosting its first in-person annual symposium in Berlin on October 23, 2021. GLOHRA Day will be an opportunity for our members and collaborating partners to meet, share research results and ideas and engage with Germany’s Global Health Strategy.

The German Alliance for Global Health Research (GLOHRA) will be hosting its first in-person annual symposium in Berlin on October 23, 2021. Researchers from public research institutes in Germany ininvited to join, meet our members and partners, share research results and ideas and engage with Germany’s Global Health Strategy. To register for GLOHRA Day, please send an e-mail to events(at)globalhealth.de   

Through GLOHRA, researchers with expertise in global health collaborate across disciplines and cities. More than 700 members from over 100 German public research institutions from a wide range of disciplines - from biomedicine and public health research to the social sciences, humanities, engineering and geosciences - are already involved in the network. GLOHRA was launched in February 2020 as a BMBF-sponsored initiative to promote networking and strengthen global health research in Germany. It is managed by an interdisciplinary steering committee and coordinated by Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin.
