Selected Publications by Charité authors

Every year, Charité researchers publish more than 4,000 scientific journal articles. Every month, we select ten of these articles for you to enjoy.

Icon Open Access

The term open access refers to worldwide, barrier-free access to research results. Open access publications are accessible online, free of charge and have no permission restrictions. This means anyone can read, copy, print, distribute and search for and within the information available (Please consult the Medical Library for further information).

Icon Open Code

The open code badge denotes publications which are based on analyses made using freely available software. To qualify for this badge, publications must comply with the BIH Quest Center criteria: the publication must be based on newly developed or specifically adapted code. This must be referred to in the publication and be made freely available.

Icon Open Data

The term open data denotes publications whose data are freely available to everyone. To fulfil open data requirements, original data must be freely accessible to others and published in a machine-readable format. Publications must also carry a clear reference to the BIH Quest Center’s ‘open data criteria’ in their full version.
