According to Newsweek and Statista, this makes Charité the best hospital in Europe. The only other European hospital to make the top ten was Switzerland’s Lausanne University Hospital, which came ninth. Leading the rankings at number 1 is the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Performance indicators taken into account by Statista include recommendations from medical professionals and patient survey results.
