You can trust our Patient Advocates to always maintain the strictest confidence and should therefore feel free to discuss with them any issues pertaining to your stay. The role of our Patient Advocates is to listen to the concerns of patients and their families and to provide support and advice when raising such issues and complaints with the hospital.

Restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic
ATTENTION: As a result of the protective measures due to the coronavirus, Mrs. Schwarz and Mr. Bösener's office hours will be cancelled until further notice. However, both can still be reached by telephone (with mailbox) as well as by e-mail. The letterbox on the ground floor opposite the reception is emptied regularly.
