The concept of FmZ centers on the issue of 'target-setting', and involves meetings between a member of staff and their manager. Meetings are aimed at agreeing performance targets and providing constructive feedback, while also giving an opportunity to discuss mutual expectations, as well as identifying strengths and areas of development.
