Return-to-work interviews
Members of staff who are returning to work after a career break, e.g. after maternity or paternity leave, should be reintegrated into the workplace as quickly and effectively as possible. Return-to-work interviews aim to update members of staff on any changes or new developments, as well as offering support and the chance to ask questions.
