Clinical Quality and Risk Management (QM)

The primary purpose of Clinical Quality and Risk Management is to ensure treatment success by enabling the smooth interplay of different professional groups and departments. Committed to continually improving patient care, our multiprofessional team develops projects, activities and measures aimed at enhancing both communication and cooperation between Charité’s various professional groups.

As an administrative department under the purview of Hospital Management, Clinical Quality and Risk Management is responsible for initiating, managing and coordinating organization-wide projects. The team also provides advice and support to Charité departments and institutes involved in the coordination and implementation of decentralized projects.
