From the central station (Hauptbahnhof): walk eastwards along the Invalidenstraße (you can actually see the Charité tower from the station). After crossing the river Spree, take the first street on the right (Luisenstraße), turn right again and enter the Charité campus. The walk shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes.
