DGE-Young Active Research
was founded in 1999 during the annual meeting of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Endokrinologie (German Society of Endocrinology, DGE) in Kiel.
The aim of this initiative is to offer young clinical and experimental research endocrinologists a platform for interaction, presentation and interdisciplinary collaboration. This aim is pursued with a website (www.endonews.org) and a mailing list (EndoNews). In addition, the annual conferences are meant to improve the exchange and cooperation between European pre- and post-graduate young scientists focusing on research in endocrinology.
We welcome young researchers from all areas of this field, aiming to involve active participants from both clinical and experimental endocrinology and related disciplines.
