Research Objectives

Mathematical statistics and Bioinformatics, especially improvement of methodology and algorithms, variance component analysis and statistical analysis of DNA sequences constitute my main areas of interest. I worked on applications in various fields including bioinformatics, biostatistics, econometric models, growth curve analysis, actuarial mathematics and analysis of missing data. My most recent field of research is reliability of genomic sequence assemblies.
