Registration includes:

• participation at all lectures and poster sessions
• symposium material including abstract book
• beverages, refreshments and lunch
• bus transfer and boat tour on the river Spree with dinner (not included when registered on-site)
• bus transfer and sunset meeting dinner at the Television Tower (not included when registered on-site)
• possibility to submit an abstract and to present a poster

Registration fees:

* When registered on-site the social events are not included in the registration fee. A limited number of tickets for the boat tour and for the sunset meeting dinner can be bought at the registration desk, however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
** The reduced fee for students and PhD students can only be granted when the student (1) presents at the registration desk an official document from the university authenticating his status, (2) is under the age of 32 and (3) does not have an employee's contract for a full-time position.

Group discount:

• If two participants of the same institution are registered as academic, then all further academics, students and technicians will benefit from a 20% discount.
• The discount will only be allowed if the payment for the group will be conducted by a single money transfer by the leading person of the group.
• The leading person has to register regularly as academic.
• The second person has to register regularly as academic and to indicate the registration number and e-mail address of the leading person in the "Registration fee paid by:" fields.
• All further academics, students and technicians of the group have to register regularly and to indicate the registration number and e-mail address of the leading person in the "Registration fee paid by:" fields and the registration number of the second academic group member in the "Second academic group member:" field.

Payment:

* After registration, the amount due must be assigned for payment at 24 February 2012 at the latest to benefit from the early registration bonus.
** After registration, the amount due must be assigned for payment at 16 March 2012 at the latest to ensure that the social event is included in the registration fee. In the case of payment after 24 February 2012, a confirmation for the bank transfer must be presented at registration.

Change of a participant:

You can change the participant after registration until 16 March 2012.

• Change until 20 February 2012: no extra costs
• Change until 16 March 2012: a fee of 100 € will be charged

Cancellation:

Cancellation of the registration is possible until 16 March 2012, however, the amount of refunding depends on the date of cancellation. You have to use the cancellation form to cancel your registration. You can cancel the additional tickets for the boat tour or the sunset meeting dinner separately under the same conditions. If you cancel your registration you may transfer additional tickets for the social events to another participant. Note that you cannot cancel registration of other participants even when you have paid the fee for them. These participants must cancel their registration by their own.

The following amounts will be refunded:

• Cancellation until 20 February 2012: 90% minus bank fees for money transfer and currency conversion
• Cancellation until 05 March 2012: 60% minus bank fees for money transfer and currency conversion
• Cancellation until 16 March 2012: 30% minus bank fees for money transfer and currency conversion
• Cancellation after 16 March 2012: no refunding possible
