Toxicology

Our Masters course in Toxicology is run under the joint cooperation of the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, The University of Potsdam and other regional institutions. The course is broad and interdisciplinary but has a medicine-orientated scientific character. The course teaches the principles and interactions between toxins and living creatures thus exposing the molecular mechanisms of toxins on human health. Graduates learn to evaluate the risk of chemical products thus enabling the prediction of harmful effects which in turn help protect people and their environment from adverse consequences.
