Epidemiology

Epidemiology is concerned with the distribution of disease in population groups and factors that influence this distribution. In this Masters course methods and information from the fields of Medicine, Statistics and Social/Natural Sciences are used to plan, implement and evaluate research studies that provide essential epidemiological information. As a result the Berlin School of Public Health „Master of Science in Epidemiology“ teachs methods, theory, skills and experience that will prepare graduates for a career in the field of Epidemiology. Careers in this field stretch from academic teaching to clinical research at universities and public authorities.
