
The Faculty has a specific program to promote the next generation of scientists. In conjunction with the DFG scholarship program, the following scholarships are offered:
These scholarships are provided via the Commission for Young Scientific Investigators (Wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchs) to internal applicants.
In addition, the Faculty established a Scholarship Funding Porgam (Stipendienfonds) from available third-party funds with a yearly budget of 1 million Euros. These funds are used to augment the above-mentioned scholarship programs.
Within the framework of the advancement of women in science and of young investigators, the Faculty direction is also able to create limited-term positions for technical assistants and PhD-students. .
