Top-quality medical care is the trademark of the Charité. Our Quality management staff is responsible for ensuring that our high-quality health care is maintained and continually improved. As such, they are involved in several projects aimed at discovering ways to best serve our patients. A large part of these projects is performed in the individual institutes and clinics and involves doctors and nursing staff.
The focus of our quality management is on the review of clinical treatment procedures and expert standards, measurement of patient satisfaction, as well as feedback and risk management. The multi-disciplinary team supports the clinical staff regarding certifications (e.g., DIN-EN 9001) If you would like to learn more, please visit our page Quality management.
The compulsory structured Quality Report provides performance data on all of our medical departments.
