Medical Report
In order for the Charité to effectively evaluate the various types of treatment available for you as the patient, we require detailed, comprehensive and most importantly, a current and up-to-date medical report of your case history.  These reports can be faxed, e-mailed or posted to us.  After evaluation of your case history, you will be notified as soon as possible of the decisions taken and what steps we propose.

Cost of In-Patient Treatment
The Charité could arrange for an individual offer to be prepared at short-notice for hospitalisation and in-patient treatment. The cost of treatment, the maximum period of hospitalisation as well as all Data necessary for advance payment are included in this cost estimate.

Accomodation
The Charité-owned Virchow Guesthouse is conveniently located on the Campus Virchow-Klinikum premises, offering patients and accompanying family members 22 guestrooms with all the modern amenities of an excellent B&B Hotel.

We would gladly assist you in finding a hotel of your choice, that meets your personal expectations. The Charité has entered into terms of agreement with certain hotels in Berlin which offer special rates and conditions to our patients as well as members of the family.

Entry Visa
We offer assistance on request to our foreign patients travelling in from abroad by attending to your Entry Formalities, e.g. we extend a personal written invitation to the German Embassy in your country or origin.

In the event that you do not speak German or English, we would be glad to put you in touch with professional interpreters.

Airport Services
Arriving by plane? Then do use the Shuttle Service available for patients. It will convey you safely from the airport to the Charité Clinic.
