Ambulantes Gesundheitszentrum der Charité GmbH

The Ambulantes Gesundheitszentrum der Charité GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the CharitéUniversitätsmedizin Berlin and operates medical centers at the sites of Charité campus Benjamin Franklin, Campus Mitte and campus Virchow-Clinic. These are specialized care services for the chronically ill and patients with complex diseases.

Berlin Institute of Health (BIH)

The Opens external link in current windowBerlin Institute of Health (BIH) unites the strengths of the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Opens external link in current windowMax Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC) under a single umbrella organization. The central theme of this joint project is translational research, interlinked with a cross-disciplinary focus on systems medicine. This cooperative effort is currently regulated by a cooperation agreement and the establishment of a public corporation is anticipated at the beginning of 2015. Both partners will cooperate jointly as independent institutions within this framework. The first research projects and  research promotion programs were started in March 2014.

Charité CFM Facility Management GmbH

The undefinedCharité CFM Facility Management GmbH is a joint endeavor of the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the service companies VAMED, Dussmann, and Hellmann. The CFM is a Charité daughter company (51%) responsible for the entire operations of the Facility Management.

Charité Healthcare Services (CHS)

The Opens external link in current windowCharité Healthcare Services (CHS) is a Charité daughter company (100%) that manages personnel services and supports the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin in international patient management.

Charité Physiotherapie und Präventionszentrum GmbH

Since August 2009, the Charité Physiotherapie und Präventionszentrum GmbH, offers, in addition to inpatient care, outpatient physical therapy centers and at the locations Mitte and Benjamin Franklin. This is a 100% subsidiary of the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin.

Charité Research Organisation (CRO)

The undefinedCharité Research Organisation is a daughter company (100%) of the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The CRO contracts with well-known pharmaceutical companies to conduct clinical trials (Phase I-III) on promising new therapies.

Evangelisches Geriatriezentrum GmbH (EGZB)

The undefinedEvangelische Geriatriezentrum Berlin gGmbH is a center for geriatric medicine. In close cooperation with the Charité, medical-geriatric care is provided.

Labor Berlin - Charité Vivantes GmbH

The Labor Berlin - Charité Vivantes GmbH is in each case a 50 % subsidiary of Charité and Vivantes and provides complete laboratory Diagnostics within the patient care system. 

Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum der Charité Mitte GmbH

The Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum der Charité Mitte GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the CharitéUniversitätsmedizin Berlin. It operates the medical center at the site of Campus Charité Mitte, which offers specialized care services for the chronically ill and patients with complex diseases.

WHS Foundation GmbH

The WHS Foundation GmbH a wholly owned affiliate company of the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The Foundation is tasked within organizing the annual Öffnet externen Link im aktuellen FensterWorld Health Summit.

ZTB Zentrum für Transfusionsmedizin und Zelltherapie Berlin gGmbH

The Öffnet externen Link im aktuellen FensterZTB joint enterprise between Charité (50 %) and the DRK Blood Donation Service East was launched on July 1st, 2012. It is responsible for all immunohematology diagnostics from both Charité and outside referrals and operates blood banks at the three Charité clinics as well as a laboratory for tissue typing. Furthermore, the ZTB serves as the registration center for stem cell and bone marrow donors.
