Nursing Direction
The Nursing Director is responsible for decisions regarding fundamental principles of patient care as well as the further development of management concepts. Additional projects include the current establishment of a flexible personnel system ("Pool Management") and an analysis of the job duties within the nursing realm. Furthermore, the Nursing Director supports the Charité's central system that oversees the allocation of patient beds.
