Training
cortex training activities aim at three aspects of training: 1) scientific, 2) complementary skills and 3) personal development, to prepare graduates for European career tracks in universities, non-university research institutes, industry or the public service. The training is designed so that the selected candidates will graduate after 3 years.
Our concept is based on training activities already proven to work in the participating graduate schools. It introduces extensive on-line training support to link the participating graduate schools as well as the PhD students, in order to facilitate the transfer of knowledge independent of location.
