SAGE-links

SAGE, which stands for serial analysis of gene expression, has been  developped by Dr. Velculescu and coworkers in the lab of Dr. K. Kinzler and Dr. B. Vogelstein at Johns Hopkins Oncology center at Baltimore. The method has been first described in 1995 (1). From the same group several SAGE-projects has been published in 1997 (2, 3, 4). The Kinzler/Vogelstein laboratory supports a (or better: "the") SAGE-Homepage, a second is supported by Genzyme, the company owning the patent rights. Recentily, a SAGE-project section with a own SAGE-Page has been initiated at the NCBI.
