Sequence files should have the ending .SEQ. Their base name should not exceed 5 letters. When the program is started a sequence file name can be given as a parameter of the command line. The sequences can also be selected interactively.
All subdirectories and all .SEQ-files are listed. The working directory can easily be changed with ``CHANGE DIRECTORY''. When the menu item ``MANUAL PRIMER ANALYSIS'' is selected, the sequence text appears.
