Study Program

-> Soft Skill Courses
-> Annual Meetings
-> Neuro-Scientific Seminars

The graduate school offers the possibility to obtain a Dr.rer.nat. degree within the science faculties (biology, biochemistry) and a Dr.med. or Dr.rer.medic. within the medical faculty. The Medical School Charité together with the departments neurobiology at the Free University Berlin and theoretical biology at the Humboldt University Berlin has established a study program "Medical Neurosciences" with the possibility to obtain a PhD or MDPhD degree. Some of the tutors (Kempter, Schmitz, Heinemann) are also involved in setting up a Master and PhD program in computational neurosciences.  The study program includes obligatory soft skill and hard skill courses, participation in neuroscience seminars including pre-talk sessions with the speaker, participation in scientific symposia and congresses and elective courses.
